  • Growing revenue by 150% over two years with a corresponding 33% EBITDA increase resulting in significant improvement in cashflow and liquidity for a company focused on donor engagement systems while ensuring activity base drivers in the sales pipeline were trending positively to enable planned growth strategies
  • Rebuilding the finance function of a global consulting organization and implementing formal budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance results
  • Providing leadership to direct financial statement corrections and reconciliations for an international education fund
  • Collaborating with both U.S. and Canada tax professionals to ensure tax compliance for a Canadian-based company for which I later led a transitional team to relocate the head office from Canada to the U.S.
