- Rebuilding the finance function of a global consulting organization and implementing formal budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance results
- Providing leadership to direct financial statement corrections and reconciliations for an international education fund
- Collaborating with both U.S. and Canada tax professionals to ensure tax compliance for a Canadian-based company for which I later led a transitional team to relocate the head office from Canada to the U.S.
