I have extensive experience as a CFO or financial executive in high technology, manufacturing, financial service, publishing and textile companies.
I founded the Florida CFO Group with two other partners in 2010. In addition to my experience as a finance executive, I was a naval officer aboard an aircraft carrier as well as an instructor in the Combat Information Center at Glynco NATTC in Brunswick, Georgia. I earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida State University and an MBA from Georgia Southern University.

- Issuing three public stocks for $24 million, $13 million and $4 million
- Selling two lease portfolios for $17 million and $10 million
- Issuing a $9 million New Jersey Economic Development Authority tax-free bond
- Refinancing a $5 million aircraft
- Structuring a $3 million private placement with an insurance company
- Raising $2.5 million in venture capital
- Creating a $2.5 million research and development limited partnership
- Arranging numerous foreign bank lines of credit for foreign subsidiaries
