  • Cost-reduction initiatives
  • Performance management and incentive programs

I joined the Florida CFO Group in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in executive-level corporate finance, administration and operations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. I focus primarily on small to medium-sized emerging and growth-oriented businesses.

Prior executive level positions include:

  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Corporate Secretary and Treasurer
  • Member of Board of Directors
  • Executive Vice President
  • Sr. Vice President
  • VP of Finance and Operations
My noteworthy professional accomplishments include:
  • Growing EBITDA in 2 years from $4 million to $20 million year-end, resulting in a double-digit multiple at the sale of the company
  • Relocating a company headquarters for a savings of $1.5 million and, upon the renegotiation of a floor space increase of over 50%, attained a 14% reduction from the original lease
  • Increasing profitability by $1.2 million, due in part to the adoption of a balanced scorecard approach for identifying key business metrics
  • Attaining $2.2 million in annualized savings by consolidating individual accounting, purchasing, IT, HR and benefits into a shared services unit
