  • Drove a 400% increase in sales volume over five years through targeted growth strategies, operational improvements, and expanded market penetration.
  • Consistently achieved a Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) exceeding 10% year over year, significantly outperforming industry benchmarks and strengthening long-term profitability.
  • Expanded the team six-fold over five years while mentoring and developing talent, creating a scalable organizational structure and a strong succession plan.
  • Established and managed banking facilities that did not previously exist, growing them to support a business generating more than $500 million in annual revenue while optimizing working capital and cash flow management.
  • Led the successful implementation and go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 during the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling record profitability and sales volumes while managing a fully remote operation.
  • Directed capital projects, due diligence initiatives, and acquisition activities, including the successful purchase of a $12 million fertilizer business, while evaluating additional organic and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Earned U.S. CPA designation in June 2026 after qualifying as a European Chartered Accountant, supported by extensive public accounting, advisory, and industry experience.
  • Continuously develop expertise in AI and emerging technologies, leveraging technology to improve decision-making, streamline operations, and help businesses achieve strategic and financial objectives.
