I enjoy helping founders and leadership teams navigate the moments that matter most, rapid growth, strategic transactions, organizational change, and the point where complexity begins to outpace the systems that once supported success. My role is to bring clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution so organizations can move forward with confidence.

Most recently, I served as Chief Financial Officer of Sunwave Health, a Florida-based, private equity-backed healthcare technology company, where I partnered with founders, investors, and executive leadership to guide the company through rapid growth, operational scaling, and a successful strategic combination.

Throughout my career, I’ve also served as CFO and senior finance executive for organizations including Medidata Solutions (formerly NASDAQ: MDSO), DoubleClick, The BISYS Group, Colgate-Palmolive, and Arthur Andersen. Those experiences have allowed me to lead organizations through IPOs, strategic transactions, operational transformation, and periods of significant change while reinforcing a belief that lasting success isn’t driven by financial metrics alone, it emerges when leadership, strategy, operations, governance, and finance are aligned around a common purpose.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been serving mission-driven organizations. I currently serve as Treasurer of the Joseph Campbell Foundation and Secretary of the C.G. Jung Institute of New York, helping strengthen governance, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability. Working alongside organizations dedicated to education, culture, and psychological development has reinforced my belief that every successful organization—whether a startup, family-owned business, public company, or nonprofit, depends upon clear purpose, disciplined execution, and sound stewardship.

I’ve always been fascinated by how organizations work, not only financially, but as human systems. That curiosity has led me to pursue graduate study in comparative religion and philosophy, serve organizations whose missions I deeply value, and continue writing and researching leadership throughout my career. I recently published a book review in Quadrant, the journal of the C.G. Jung Foundation, and continue exploring how history, psychology, and culture can inform better leadership and stronger organizations.

Some examples of significant initiatives that I have led and their benefits to my clients and employers include:

  • Achieved a strategic valuation exceeding 12× ARR through a successful private equity-backed business combination while maintaining Rule of 40 financial performance.
  • Helped drive more than 6× enterprise value growth while leading a successful IPO and building the financial infrastructure required to support sustained public-company growth.
  • Led one of the industry’s largest financial restatements, restoring regulatory confidence and positioning the company for successful strategic transactions.
  • Helped transform a high-growth technology company from operating losses to sustained profitability, strengthening financial discipline in advance of a successful strategic acquisition.
  • Built scalable finance organizations and operating infrastructure that supported IPO readiness, strategic transactions, rapid growth, and long-term operational excellence.
  • Strengthened governance, financial stewardship, and strategic planning for mission-driven organizations focused on education, culture, and leadership development.

Every organization eventually reaches a point where complexity outgrows the systems that once made it successful. That’s where I enjoy helping.

I believe great organizations are built through clarity, alignment, and stewardship. Whether serving a founder-led business, a public company, a private equity-backed organization, or a mission-driven nonprofit, I’ve found that sustainable success depends upon thoughtful leadership, sound governance, disciplined financial management, and a shared sense of purpose.

I enjoy partnering with leaders to create that alignment. Whether preparing a company for growth, guiding a strategic transaction, strengthening governance, or supporting a mission-driven institution, my goal is always the same—to become a trusted partner who helps organizations navigate complexity with confidence and create lasting value.

As I begin this next chapter of my career, I’m excited to partner with founders, executive teams, boards, and mission-driven organizations throughout Florida and beyond, helping them build stronger organizations, steward change thoughtfully, and create enduring value.
