Jim was diligent, insightful and supportive throughout a process that after several months led to a decision to seek a buyer for the Company. Jim played a 'quarterback' role in the sale process, including building the virtual data room, working closely with the bidders and the ultimate buyer, while providing information to transaction counsel and the Company Board in order to complete the transaction.
